To my knowledge, I am the only pediatric dentist in Austin area to practice with a holistic approach. Our services include the use of biocompatibility testing for those parents interested, ozone for most dental procedures, laser revision for tongue tie and lip tie on newborn babies struggling to breastfeed and children of all ages as well; I provide fluoride-free alternatives, digital radiographs, early intervention for sleep breathing disorders and dental malocclusion through the use of Healthy Start orthodontic appliances; I focus on resin composite restorations and/or zirconia crowns to restore teeth primarily with limited use of other materials. I also have a general dentist treat adults in my office and he shares the same holistic approach philosophy. I have given multiple presentations on how some frenulums affect breastfeeding and their future implications on function and development. I am currently interested in continuing education about toxins and chelation therapies to detoxify the body.
