Dr. Candida Castillo is located in North Providence, RI for the last 8 years at the Aesthetic Dental Studio of RI ( ADSRI).The ADSRI has some of the most up-to-date equipment to enhance patient care, including intra-oral cameras, digital xrays, electric hand pieces, digital scanners. Dr. Castillo received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University, as well as her residency degree of ( CAGS ). She also holds a fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry ( FAGD). Dr. Castillo has done hundreds of hours of Continuing Education, following the latest advances in dentistry and oral health, as well as learning about traditional, natural, and holistic therapies that can promote our good health in the least invasive or toxic manner.Dr. Castillo has been concerned for a long time with promoting health and sees oral health as a critical part of our overall health. She became concerned about the toxicity of mercury in dental amalgam fillings, especially after working with patients with debilitating diseases.Dr. Castillo is proud to be a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), Holistic Dental Association (HDA) and International Academy of Biological Dentistry &Medicine ( IABDM).Dr. Castillo has been offering a protocol for “Safe Removal of Dental Amalgam Fillings” and sees patients from a large area who are seeking this service, which is not available at any other dental office in a wide geographic area of Rhode Island.
