Transportation
McCarran International Airport- 45 minute travel to the hotel
Airport pick-up by JW Marriott: Arange for a sedan to pick you up through the Concierge Desk. Cost is approx. $78 all inclusive.
Cab/Taxi: Cost is approx. $55 one direction not including gratuity.
JW Marriott Shuttle: Hotel to airport only. Fee is $30 per person. Reservations MUST be made at least two hours in advance but recommended  is four.

The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from1/1/09 to 12/31/14. AGD #216660; 11 hours.
